Shipping policy

 

Complimentary domestic overnight shipping on all orders over $2500.00.

There is a $50.00 fee for 2-Day domestic shipping on all orders under $2500.00.

There is a $70.00 fee for overnight domestic shipping on all orders under $2500.00.

Currently shipping domestic only.

All shipments that are considered oversized or overweight from standard packaging will incur additional charges. You will be contacted after purchase if additional charges apply.

All orders are insured and shipped with the reliability and accountability of FedEx. Adult signature is required on all packages upon delivery, so please be available at the address on the day of delivery.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.  We only ship Monday-Thursday for overnight shipments and Monday-Wednesday for 2-day shipments.  You may contact us directly for quotes on Saturday deliveries, as higher rates will apply.

Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to process. Most items will ship within 2-4 business days. If an item requires any modifications, such as sizing, by our in-house repairs workshop the item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Carrier policies are subject to change; FedEx may or may not require or ask for a signature upon delivery, but an adult will still need to be there to receive. Please note that confirmation of delivery by the carrier, to your address, will be deemed delivered.

If your package becomes undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.  Packages may not be rerouted to an alternate address once they have shipped.  Additional charges will apply if a second shipment occurs.

These policies are subject to change at any time based on carrier recommendations and requirements.  Shipping delays may occur with the carrier.  Should a delay occur we will do our best to try and rectify the issue with the carrier but please note that Tenenbaum is not responsible for shipping delays once your package leaves our store.  Also note that once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, no modifications to the delivery location may be made as it voids all insurance.
