Refund policy
If your online purchase does not meet your expectations, you may exchange or return it for a refund as per the following conditions:
- You must contact us via email within 3 days of receipt
- All items ship with a security tag attached. Removal of this tag voids exchange/return.
- Items must be returned in their original state. No items will be accepted in the event of any damage caused by, including but not limited to, application of testing acids, attempts to clean item, distortion, breakage, modifications, loss of stones or other parts.
- No refunds or credits will be made on any shipping fees including insurance or any additional fees including but not limited to, packing fees, custom work, special orders, appraisals, etc.
- Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and will be deducted from the final refund.
