Custom Design Step-by-Step Process
1. Consultation & Inspiration
Your custom jewelry experience begins with a personal consultation with one of our in-house specialists. Whether you're creating an entirely new piece or redesigning jewelry you already own, we'll discuss your vision, style preferences, budget, and timeline.
Bring inspiration photos, sketches, heirloom pieces, any loose gemstones, or explore our modular Custom Kit and collection of finished jewelry for ideas.

2. CAD Design & Wax Model
Once your design is defined, our designers create a detailed 3D CAD rendering, followed by a 3D printed wax model. This allows you to view the piece from every angle, assess proportion and fit, and request final adjustments before production begins.
3. Estimate
With the design finalized, we prepare a detailed estimate outlining cost and timeline. If stones are being sourced on your behalf, this is when you will view and approve them. No production begins until the estimate is approved.
4. Creation
Your piece is entrusted to our experienced jewelers, whose expertise spans design, fabrication, gemstone setting, and finishing. Each technique, including casting, hand fabrication, stone setting, engraving, and polishing, is executed with meticulous care.
5. Quality Assurance
Before completion, your piece undergoes a comprehensive inspection. We verify stone security, polish, finish, structural integrity, and sizing to ensure it meets the highest standards for craftmanship, finish, and functionality.
6. Presentation & Personal Review
Once your piece has passed inspection, we'll invite you in for its final presentation. A member of our team will review the completed work with you and answer any questions you may have about care, wear, or ongoing maintenance.
