Shipping and Return Policy

Complimentary domestic overnight shipping on all orders over $1000.00.

There is a $35.00 fee for 2-Day domestic shipping on all orders under $1000.00. 

For all international shipments, please contact us for availability and pricing.


All orders are insured and shipped with the reliability and accountability of FedEx or UPS shipping. We require a signature upon delivery, so an adult will need to be available at the address on the day of delivery and any signature confirming receipt at the address provided is your responsibility. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please allow up to 24 hours for orders to process. Most items will ship within 2-4 business days. If an item requires maintenance by our in-house repairs workshop the item will be shipped within 5-10 business days. For items that require any external repair or custom work please contact us for shipping times. Items are shipped out Monday-Thursday

  • Due to COVID-19, carrier policies are changing; FedEx and UPS may not require a signature upon delivery, but an adult will need to be there to receive. However, confirmation of delivery to your address will be deemed delivered.

If you will not be home to receive your order, we can make arrangements to ship to an alternate address. To protect our customers against fraud, any address to which we ship must be confirmed and on-file with the credit card or financial institution used to make the purchase. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with any alternate shipping address ahead of scheduling delivery with Tenenbaum. Once your financial institution has confirmed the change of address with Tenenbaum your purchase will be scheduled for deliver

If an adult is not available to sign for your package at an authorized address, arrangements can be made to have the package shipped to a local "hold for pick up" location so that you can sign for and pick up the package at your leisure. To schedule a "hold for pick up", contact us directly.

  • If you place your order before 12:00 pm CST on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day. If you place the order after 12:00 pm CST, the order will begin processing no later than the next business day.
  • If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday your order will begin processing the following business day.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

No refunds. Items may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the purchase date; store credit valid for 1 year. Items must be returned in their original state. No items will be accepted in the event of any damage caused by, including but not limited to, application of testing acids, attempts to clean item, distortion, breakage, modifications, loss of stones or other parts. No refunds or credits will be made on insurance, shipping or any additional fees including but not limited to, packing fees, custom work, special orders, appraisals, etc. The venue of this transaction, regardless of the actual location or receipt of payment and delivery of the merchandise is Houston, Harris County, Texas.

 

WEBSITE / PHONE PURCHASES

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may exchange or return it for a refund to original method of payment within 3 days of receipt. All items ship with a security tag attached. Removal of this tag voids exchange/return. If you wish to initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via email prior to return. Items must be returned in their original state. No items will be accepted in the event of any damage caused by, including but not limited to, application of testing acids, attempts to clean item, distortion, breakage, modifications, loss of stones or other parts.
