Important Mid-Century Petochi Platinum Sapphire and Diamond Demi-Parure

Important mid-century Petochi platinum demi-parure with cushion-cut sapphires, marquise diamonds, and round brilliant-cut diamonds. The dangle earrings are day/night so they can be worn as button earrings as well. The pendant on the necklace is also removable.  Italy; circa 1960.
