Important Antique Victorian Silver-Topped 18K Gold Turquoise and Diamond Convertible Demi-Parure with Tassels

An antique late Victorian silver-topped 18K yellow gold cabochon turquoise and rose-cut and Old Mine-cut diamond demi-parure. Circa 1890.  All tassels may convert from necklace to earrings to brooch. The necklace has hallmarks that means the piece was imported into France after 1893.
